Happy 1st Birthday Olivia

I know it’s been a minute since I’ve shown you some love and as always I apologize for that. Of course, I’m out here today with a purpose…It’s Baby O’s 1st Birthday 
. Which is an emotional bittersweet moment in my life yet, a momentous ONE for her…love how life works. So with all things Baby O I’m here to day to document this beautiful moment in our lives with a letter to my noodle and, to share a little secret I’ve been holding with you all.
Letter to Olivia
My dearest Olivia Madison,
At this very moment a year ago you entered my world and changed it for every. Not only have you changed my perspective but you’ve also given my life PURPOSE. You truly have brought your dad and I so much joy.
You’re already one AMAZING little diva. With so much ambition and drive that has taught us a few things about being parents. Watching you grow from and infant to what I call a “tiny tot over” this last year has been wonderful and I can’t wait to see what the rest of your life brings.
Thank you so much for allowing us to be your parents. You are such a bright, loving, and caring being already. Happy 1st Birthday Noodle!!!

Special Thanks
Now that the birthday girl has gotten her shine I honestly need to take a moment to say THANK YOU to our awesome family, friends, and my wonderful coworkers for all the love, support and advice given throughout this first year. As a first time mom I can honestly say I’m not sure how I would have survived this first year without you all. Becoming a mom showed me a whole new side of myself and, its because of you I was able to concur through.
ShoeAcidal Thought:
Sooooo…. This moment is bitter sweet for more than one reason. It’s with great sadness that I have to share with you all that our beloved shoe haven will be going away really soon. That’s right no more ShoeAcidal. I know I’m sad as well but, having Baby O and writing about her life has become more enjoyable for me so I’ll be starting a mom blog (Life with an External Heartbeat) which I hope you’ll follow. I honestly can’t thank you all for the love and support shown to the Shoehotline community I’ve met some wonderful ladies and made lasting friendships the time has just come for me to move on. I truly hope you ladies will find time to join me in my new space where I’ll be writing with my life’s purpose in mind.
